Time Flies When You're Having Fun!

Oh my gosh! I cannot believe that I haven't posted for almost a month; I'm so sorry! I have lots of pictures to share so grab a cup of tea and settle down!

At our second February meeting, Myrtle and Faye #2 worked on their 'Golds Got the Blues' layout and it is coming together nicely! (they are both making this quilt!)

While Carmen continued to work on her 'Tone it Down' blocks, very lovely!

Judy was busy cutting U-turn blocks from some very Spring-like fabric.

Carole was adding borders to her Lincoln log quilt, almost done!

Cheryl was busy working on the appropriately named 'Squared' quilt in various shades of brown.

I remade one of my Olympic mug-rugs for my mug-rug swap.

Faye #2's completed quilt top - lovely! I think there are borders to come.

Carmen finished putting her blocks and rows together for her 'Toned Down' quilt - absolutely beautiful!

Cheryl finished the top of the 'Squared' Quilt - stunning!

Jane put together the background for her Shamrock table topper.

I finished a St. Patricks' Day Patchability mini wall hanging - just need to sew down the binding.

Some of Judy's completed U-turn blocks!

And at our Tuesday March meeting, lots more stitching was happening and we had two more birthdays - Happy Birthday to Jane and Judy, looking young as ever ladies!

Carole was putting blocks together for her Great Granny quilt using 1930's fabrics - very delicate colours!

Cheryl was working on 'Flim Flam' using turquoise and purples - can't wait to see how this is going to look!

BJ was making great progress on 'Go South and Then Take a Left', the top was completed by the end of the day - lovely!

Ruth was making some lovely spring-coloured placemats.

Judy was putting her 'U-turn' blocks into rows and finishing up her spring quilt.

Myrtle and Faye #2 were working on Myrtle's quilt top.

Carmen was doing some hand stitching - back basted applique - on 'Chick Jubilee' a Bunny Hill pattern.

Such small stitches!

Jane was preparing some fabric strip sets for another Eleanor Burns 'Day and Night' Quilt.

And I was working on attaching strips to my EPP (English paper pieced) hexagon blocks - only 6 more blocks to finish piecing and then I can start to put the rows together for my 'Over the Rainbow' quilt.

If you made it to the end of the post - congratulations! Hope you had a great National Quilt Day!

Keep stitchin'
